CMF currently accepts gifts of cash, acceptable in any form including by check, money order, credit card or on-line. CMF also accepts marketable securities.

Donors may choose to contribute to one or more of the following three CMF funds:

GENERAL FUND
HONORARY FUND: Honor friends or family, special events or causes
MEMORIAL FUND: Recognize and remember late case managers, their family members, or friends of the case management community

One of the most efficient and easiest ways to donate to the Case Management Foundation is to submit your donation online through the Case Management Society of America's (CMSA) customer service portal. This secure website, for CMSA Members and non-members, is a quick and simple way for any generous donation you are able to make. Every dollar counts!

Your Contribution Helps to Fund CMF Program and Activities:

Educational Stipends: Providing case managers with continuing educational support for professional development
Increasing Case Management Visibility: Through activities, events, and programs centered around the importance of case management in health care practice
Research Studies: Centered on performance measures, outcome studies and best practices
Annual Leadership Summit: Inviting case management representation groups and leaders in the development in the industry
Awards: Recognizing individuals, organizations, or programs that have significantly advanced the case management industry

Donor Relations & Levels

All donors will receive electronic acknowledgement of their donation. Donors at the Sustaining Associate level (amounts at and over $1,000) will be recognized by name on the CMF website, unless the donor indicates in writing that they wish to remain anonymous. All other information obtained by CMF about donors will be held in the strictest confidence. CMF will honor donor wishes in regard to publication or other forms of recognition.

CMF is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

DONATION LEVELS:

Foundation Partner: contributions of $5,000 or more
Foundation Associate: contributions between $1,000 - $4,999
Foundation Friend: contributions between $100 - $999

At this time, the Foundation accepts cash and marketable securities. Other types of gifts must be reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for the Foundation. Examples of gifts which will be subject to review include gifts of real property and gifts of personal property.

The Foundation encourages donors to consult their financial advisors to plan the best avenue for charitable contributions to the Foundation.
