Board of Directors
The Foundation is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, four of whom must also serve as Board members of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) at the time of appointment. The Executive Director of the Foundation is the Executive Director of CMSA, and serves as a member without a vote.
The Board meets periodically and is the Foundation's policy-making body.
The Foundation's Board of Directors consists of some of the case management industry's most respected and influential leaders. The Board includes past CMSA presidents, corporate executives with expertise in the area of case management, and nonprofit executives with financial/legal expertise. The Foundation's Board reviews each of the Foundation's projects and programs annually. Primary focus is given to reviewing support for programs at the forefront of the changing needs of case management professionals and the case management industry. Through individual and corporate donors' generous gifts, the Foundation is able to provide funding integral to the advancement of the case management profession.
